Survey on Job Searching in Hamburg

As an education provider, we support people on their path into employment, vocational training and professional development. In doing so, we do not want to design our programmes only according to general requirements, but to understand as precisely as possible what kind of support people actually need when looking for work.

For this reason, we are conducting this short survey. We are interested in the experiences you have had while looking for work in Hamburg, where difficulties arise and which factors make entering or re-entering professional life more difficult.

Your answers help us to better assess which topics should be particularly important in future coaching programmes, courses and educational offers. These include, for example, language skills, professional qualifications, job applications, job interviews, further training and cooperation with the Jobcenter or the Federal Employment Agency.

The survey only takes a few minutes. There are simple multiple-choice questions and some questions where you can describe your personal experiences in your own words. For us, there are no right or wrong answers – what matters is your personal experience.
